We thoroughly enjoyed building our home with Parkyn Building. Tyson and Carmen were brilliant to deal with, keeping us up to date with regular communication throughout construction. Tyson was a wealth of knowledge, not only assisting us with the design phase, but providing us with suggestions as we went. Having a builder who was also ‘on the tools’ provided us with great flexibility throughout our build, and Tyson’s attention to detail was certainly evident in the finished product. Nearly two years on and we are still just as happy as we were on the day of handover!

GREAT COMMUNICATION THROUGHOUT
Tyson was very easy to work with. He helped us from start to finish suggesting Designers, building materials, places to source fittings etc. He was quite willing to show us his previous builds and ideas.
Tyson communicated constantly with us. Always answered his phone or returned calls. All his Trades were great, nothing too hard, always taking pride in their work. Tyson is very willing to make changes during the build. On one occasion he rang for us to meet him onsite to look at the living area and kitchen design. He felt the layout could be altered to make the living area larger so it could flow better. In turn this helped other areas and door accesses.
On another occasion we caught Tyson and his builders across the road looking back at the building, as they thought with some small changes they would improve the look of the façade. Once again great result.
